what you need to do before hitting the sack
- Diffuser: Add 3 to 4 drops to the diffuser, light it and keep it in the room an hour before you sleep
- Warm (not hot) bath: Add 2 to 4 drops of lavender essential oil in your bath tub or a bucket to enjoy a relaxing bath.
- Pillow talk: add 2 to 3 drops on your pillow. It will help you relax and will give you a good sleep
